Winter Breaks : November to March.

We are pleased to offer our Winter Break Rates on the basis of a minimum 2 night stay Sunday to Thursday inclusive. All rooms are with their own private facilities (doubles with bath & shower - singles with shower only) and rates include %, VAT and our Eagle House breakfast. A family room for 2 adults and up to 2 children is also available at the double room rate plus £5.00 per child per night. We have a limited number of rooms available on any given day and special rates will not apply if specific rooms are promised.

Examples of the two types of room can be viewed on the Eagle House panoramas - Beech is a Garden View Room and Sycamore is a regular double. There's no single room featured on the panoramas as yet -

A night at the Winter Break Rate can be taken in conjunction with a Friday
or a Saturday at full rate.

Christmas and the New Year periods are excluded as we are closed.
